1. Apps on the Atlassian Marketplace
Pathfinder for Jira and Firebreak for Jira (the "Apps") are provided by Bushcraft Software LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Bushcraft", "we"). Your use of each App is governed by the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement, Version 1.0 (the "Standard Agreement"), as modified by the Provider-Specific Terms in section 2. Under the Standard Agreement, Bushcraft is the "Provider" and the organisation that installs the App is the "Customer".
Where these Provider-Specific Terms and the Standard Agreement conflict, these Provider-Specific Terms apply, as the Standard Agreement provides.
2. Provider-Specific Terms
2.1 Governing law and courts
The Standard Agreement's section 19.2 is modified as follows: the Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
2.2 Support Policy
Our Support Policy is our support page: email support during the hours listed there, with a response within 24 hours for critical issues and within 5 business days for everything else.
2.3 Service levels
No Service Level Agreement applies to the Apps. Each App runs on Atlassian's infrastructure, so its availability depends on the availability of the Atlassian product it runs in.
2.4 Security Measures
Our Security Measures are described on each App's trust page: Pathfinder, Firebreak. They describe where each App runs, what it reads, what it stores and what leaves your Atlassian site.
2.5 Data protection
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. If your organisation needs a Data Processing Agreement, email support@bushcraftsoftware.com.
2.6 Fees
Fees for paid Apps are set out in the App's Marketplace listing, and Atlassian bills and collects them under the terms of the Atlassian Marketplace. Refunds are handled under Atlassian's Marketplace refund terms.
